If your coach doesn't respond or attend the session, you are entitled to a full refund or the option to book another session at no additional cost.

In case of any technical problems caused by the platform, you can either request a refund or reschedule your session at no extra charge.

1. Can I offer more than one service?
Yes, you can register to provide multiple services based on your proven experience and certifications.
2. How do I set my availability?
Coaches have full control over their schedule. Simply set your available times in the calendar, and you’ll be booked accordingly
3. When and how do I receive payments?
You can claim your earnings every month during the first week of the new month. Please note that payments may take up to 21 days to process.
4. What if a technical issue occurs during a session?
If a technical problem is caused by the platform during a session, you will still receive payment for the session.
