VertexU reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated through the platform, and your continued use of the services signifies your acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage users to review the terms periodically.

Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using our platform, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
Account Creation and Security
To access our services, you are required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep your account details up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and are liable for all activities under your account.

Booking a Session
Users are free to choose an expert and book a session at a time that suits them. Payment for services must be made at the time of booking, and you agree to provide accurate payment information.
Payment and Fees
VertexU offers a variety of secure online payment options. By making a booking, you agree to pay all associated fees as outlined during the booking process. Prices for services are subject to change, but any changes will not affect existing bookings.
Session Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel a session up to 2 hours before the start time to receive a full refund, minus any service fees.
If your coach does not attend the session, you are entitled to a refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.
In the event of technical issues caused by the platform during a session, you may request a refund or reschedule the session.

Coach No-Show Policy
If a coach fails to show up for a session without notice, the customer is entitled to a full refund or an opportunity to rebook the session.

Registration and Verification
Coaches must register and provide proof of qualifications to offer services on VertexU. By joining, coaches confirm that the information and certifications they provide are accurate and up-to-date.
Availability and Scheduling
Coaches are responsible for setting their own availability using the platform’s calendar system. Once a session is booked, coaches must honor their commitments and conduct the session at the scheduled time.
Payment to Coaches
Coaches can claim their earnings at the start of each new month. Payments will be processed within 21 days of the claim. If the platform causes technical issues that prevent a session from taking place, coaches will still receive payment for the session.

Data Protection
Your use of the platform is subject to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using VertexU, you consent to the collection and use of your data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
Confidentiality
All sessions conducted on VertexU are confidential. Neither the platform nor the coaches are allowed to disclose or misuse the information exchanged during sessions, except as required by law.

Platform Availability
VertexU strives to ensure that the platform operates smoothly at all times. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. We may suspend or modify the services for maintenance or upgrades without prior notice.
Disclaimers
VertexU provides services “as is” and makes no representations or warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied, regarding the services provided. We do not guarantee that the services will meet your requirements or that they will be available without interruption.
Limitation of Liability
VertexU, its owners, employees, or affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or personal injury.

Account Suspension or Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms and Conditions or engage in any illegal, harmful, or inappropriate behavior on the platform. You may also choose to delete your account at any time by contacting customer support.

Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UK.
